The Supreme Court docket is ready to listen to a serious abortion case that may give the justices a chance to rethink the precedent set by the landmark Roe v. Wade and Deliberate Parenthood v. Casey selections.

The Court docket on Monday agreed to take the case involving a Mississippi legislation that bans abortions after 15 weeks.

The case asks whether or not all pre-viability restrictions on abortion are unconstitutional.
