NEW YORK, N.Y. (PIX11) — A person was caught on video slamming a 73-year-old man to the bottom on a Manhattan sidewalk on Saturday, police mentioned. The assault occurred round 8:50 a.m. on West forty seventh Road, close to tenth Avenue, in Hell’s Kitchen, New York Metropolis, in response to the NYPD.

Surveillance video confirmed the sufferer strolling subsequent to a railing when the suspect ran at him, punched him within the chest and knocked him to the bottom.

The suspect then ran off, heading east on West forty seventh Road towards Ninth Avenue, police mentioned. 

The sufferer was taken to a hospital with undisclosed accidents in secure situation, police mentioned.

Authorities described the suspect as about 28 to 30 years previous; 5’10” tall; and 150-160 kilos.
